Carbon material for lithium ion secondary battery
The negative-electrode material for a lithium ion secondary battery is high-crystallization and high-purity Graphite powder and provides high battery performance. In actual operation, a discharge capacity close to the theoretical capacity of Graphite and high coulomb efficiency can be obtained. Because of its high crystallization, the voltage flatness and large current characteristics are excellent.

Paint for flat panel display
HITASOL, fine graphite coatings, is used for flat panel displays such as plasma display (PDP), LED, EL, LCD, FED for their light shielding and electroconductivity.
- It can be applied at various thickness up to 0.2 µm (micron).
- Patterning with a monoline of 5 µm and a line space of 10 µm can be performed.
- In terms of film light shielding, an OD value of 3.5 or more can be obtained with a film thickness of 0.5 µm.
- In terms of film conductivity, a sheet resistance value of 150 ohms/sq can be obtained with a film thickness of 0.5 µm.
- The formed film discharges and absorbs lower amount of gas in a vacuum, due to its stability.
- The formed film can resist heat up to approx. 500°C.
