Ink is applied on to a Nylon cloth ribbon.

The inked ribbon is inserted into a cassette by the loading machine.

Both ends of the ribbon are welded by ultrasonic welding machine into an endless ribbon.

The cassette in which ribbon was inserted is assembled.
